Many institutions, including almost all universities not named after a televangelist, rely on the fact-based "scientific method."   That reliance inevitably leads to liberal bias.  To combat that bias, the Tea Party determined to develop an independent think tank that would isolate itself from so-called factual information.  It first acquired the prerequisite tank (see below) from an anonymous donor.  After cleaning out the hydrocarbon residue (and disposing of it in accordance with the rules of those mindless bureaucrats at the EPA), volunteers from almost all the 48 states decorated the think tank in a manner sure to stimulate original thought.
